Philosophy
I truly believe that we each have the ability to take control of our well- being. Whether you're haunted by an old injury, struggling with a new one, or simply thrown off by the postural and energetic demands of daily life, this is the first step in aligning your body with your desire for wellness.
Your body is the vessel through which you will experience every moment of this life. The better you care for it, the more you'll enjoy the good times, and the more quickly you'll recover from the difficult ones. A healthy diet, moderate exercise, and regular body work will all keep you living in harmony with your body rather than in spite of it. Respect your vessel.
